Communication Questions

Let's make sure we can promote your event

This will be used to promote your event. If you have no preference, say so and the Creative Team will design something for you based on your description of the event.

I just need a microphone, some music, and a static slide on a screen. If yes, our team will confirm the availability of the space and be available to troubleshoot by phone, but no tech will be scheduled for your event. Any event in our Main Auditorium is NOT considered a "Level 1" Event and will require a minimum of 2 techs.

Upon completion of this form, our Facilities and Tech teams will review the information provided and be in contact for further details or clarifications. Additionally, the Communications team will be in contact to discuss your PCO order of service for this event.
